The kitchen is located beside the dining area; when the door is closed it is completely separate, and when the door is open it becomes a feature. Showcasing dark wood fittings and a central bar, the kitchen is equipped with a full range of appliances including a wine cooler with a superb selection of fine wines from around the world.
There is also a special collection of health, diet and recipe books. The Ylang Ylang offers an international range of gourmet dishes prepared by an excellent chef. Every day, guests can experience a series of original Asian, fusion or Italian dishes, or whatever guests desire, to satisfy their appetites. |
