One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. Villa Ylang Ylang’s staff have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Balinese hospitality, but let your villa manager know how much staff presence you’re comfortable with – for example, at mealtimes only, or on hand to serve iced drinks throughout the day – and service can be tailored to suit your preferences.
The villa chef is an accomplished and experienced chef, well-versed in entertaining and culinary skills, who exceeds expectations in its broad array of gourmet western and Asian dishes.
- Full-time manager
Full time manager will greet you at check-in and also doubles as a butler. Amongst other duties, he’s a dab-hand at concocting sunset cocktails.
The gardener takes care of the villa’s beautifully landscaped gardens, immaculate lawns and tropical foliage, plus pool maintenance.
The housekeeper and the butler's role includes anything from serving food to keeping your bedroom immaculate and organising yoga instructors.
- Kitchen assistant
The junior staff member assists the chef in the kitchen, especially at breakfast time.
Works with housekeeping and manages all the laundry.
The third senior staff member divides its role as necessary, whether it be for maintenance or butler duties.
- Security guards
The security guards are ever-vigilant but without imposing on guest privacy. For further peace of mind, additional security back-up is provided by a local neighbourhood watch system.
